The One About The Super Show

End of day 3 London Fashion Week S/S 11 shows and we've been invited for cheese, apples and cocktails at Stuart Shave / Modern Art Gallery to the launch of Fantastic Man The Super Show a fashion film directed by Helmut Hutter and Philippe Minski. Grander than it sounds, The Super Show is the film above. The fashion show that never was played on a loop in room 1 with view from the window overlooking Eastcastle Street to passers by watching from the sideline. A short film of an imaginary catwalk show representing Fantastic Man's round up of the trends coming out of A/W10 2010 men's wear collections. A sort of  a mash up of  looks from formal to utility

In room 2, what at first glance seemed to be, live models mingling with influencers like Penny Martin and Veronica Ditting from The Gentlewoman magazine and Bobby Liu and Pam Lucktang from Adidas turned out to be the team behind Fantastic Man and The Super Show Gert Jonkers (Editor), Charlie Porter (Deputy Editor), Adam Saletti (Marketing Director) and Jodie Barnes (Fashion Director) modelling bespoke fashionised mens utility, workwear, uniform ensembles thingys. Serious guys but great sports! Tired but content we left Fantastic company with a copy of the latest edition of Fantastic Man (the one with Bryan Ferry on the cover) and a pair of black Adidas SLVR Hoops.. Thank you..
