Where fashion struggles to shake of the question mark of whether art and fashion go together. It's because there exists the snobbery that high art should never lower its gaze to the frivolousness of fashion, a highly contentious debate indeed. Maybe it is like trying to square peg into a round hole, but I think a point has been missed. Where the two collaborate with passion and authenticity, rather than smiling sweetly to latch itself on to what can be fashion's salubriously successful purse strings it can work exceptionally well. On the high street H&M are championing bridge building in this arena.
